The house is equipped with a home automation service; it is possible to control the switching on of the lights and the temperature in the rooms and have all the music, entertainment and information services that Alexa offers.
The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, and toiletries. Alcamo marina has several underpasses or overpasses which give access to the free beach and therefore the access of our homes to the sea is no more than 100 meters away.
