The Visitsicilia Rosetta Mare is a spacious 150 square meter apartment located on the first floor, which can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The apartment has four carefully furnished bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds, to ensure privacy and comfort for all guests. The bright living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed that increases accommodation capacity, as well as a smart TV for moments of leisure. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, allowing you to easily prepare the day's meals. Two modern bathrooms complete the structure, ensuring convenience for all occupants. The real jewel of the apartment is the veranda with sea view, a perfect outdoor space for enjoying the sea breeze and admiring the coastal view.

The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities for a pleasant stay: air conditioning to maintain the ideal temperature during the hottest days, fast Wi-Fi to stay connected and a washing machine for the convenience of laundry. Second electricity card (optional service) The apartment comes with an electronic card that allows the use of electricity while staying at home, contributing to a responsible use of energy resources. For guests who wish to keep the house powered even during their absence, it is possible to request a second card, available as an optional service at a cost of €30.00 per day, subject to availability and direct payment at Check-in. The service is completely optional and is activated only at the request of the guest.
